Messages are initially broadcast by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), flying over the affected areas, and distributed further by the assistance of multiple cooperating electronic devices of users currently located there. Thе method is particularly relevant in scenarios where conventional telecommunication infrastructures are unavailable or non-functional, e.g., due to an occurred disaster/accident. The utilization of the MEPI method is demonstrated on an example of a disaster/accident with an epicenter, spreading radially in all directions with the same speed of onset. A MEPI admin app, specially developed for message spreading, is briefly presented as well.
<publication_date media_type="online"><month>8</month><day>7</day><year>2025</year></publication_date><publication_date media_type="print"><month>8</month><day>7</day><year>2025</year></publication_date><pages><first_page>138</first_page><last_page>143</last_page></pages><publisher_item><item_number item_number_type="article_number">14</item_number></publisher_item><ai:program xmlns:ai="http://www.crossref.org/AccessIndicators.xsd" name="AccessIndicators"><ai:free_to_read start_date="2025-08-07"/><ai:license_ref applies_to="am" start_date="2025-08-07">https://npublications.com/journals/educationinformation/2025/a302008-0015(2025).pdf</ai:license_ref></ai:program><archive_locations><archive name="Portico"/></archive_locations><doi_data><doi>10.46300/9109.2025.19.14</doi><resource>https://npublications.com/journals/educationinformation/2025/a302008-0015(2025).pdf</resource></doi_data><citation_list><citation key="ref0"><unstructured_citation>C.
