It is shown that ICT has helped improve the scope, quality and effectiveness of these programs. The initiatives of the University Politehnica of Bucharest in this domain have enabled users of ICT to focus on the precise learning needs and abilities of the students. Furthermore, ICT has improved efficiency in the monitoring and overall management of the training process.
